Position Title: Agile Delivery Manager
Department: Product Development
Reports to: CTO
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead our software and hardware development teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of agile software development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and accountability across the team
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role directly related to Agile delivery management or project management in an Agile environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple Agile projects from inception to completion within budget and on schedule.
- Experience in working with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product owners.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Agile.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar software, including setting up and configuring boards, managing backlogs, and generating reports.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Agile teams in adopting Agile practices, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
