Position Title: Credit Operations Manager
Department: Finance
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Employment Type: Exempt, Full-Time 
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, credit to play a key role in optimizing our Credit and Receivables processes. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to improve cash flow visibility, strengthen accounts receivable processes, and drive the development of partner financing programs. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to structure complex deals, evaluate lease financing options, and ensure contracts are financially sound and operationally efficient.
Key Areas of Responsibilities to:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external finance partners, driving strategic financing solutions and partner programs that support revenue growth and timely cash collection.
  • Oversee financial operations related to cash collection forecasting and accounts receivable management, ensuring timely and accurate cash inflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead all aspects of contract lifecycle management, including financial modeling, deal structuring (term length, financing models, and special terms), margin analysis, and contract renewals.
  • Communicate proactively with operations and the Commercial team regarding customer credit concerns and participate in problem-solving.
  • Maintain and refine contract administration processes and documentation standards to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track financing/contract metrics, cash collection forecasting, and portfolio health.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability to develop a clear vision of excellence in credit and collections end-to-end process and solution area
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and technical skills, including the ability to analyze, manage and forecast and report cash flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze order to bill data, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (preferably an administrator) and NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and impact across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing operational strategies within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university required. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
  • MBA from an accredited 4-year university is preferred.
Hours of Operation/Travel:
  • Standard full-time hours consistent with expectations in the finance profession.
  • Primarily based at the Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ, with occasional commute to the Phoenix warehouse.
  • Hybrid work schedule: In-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
  • Limited to no travel required.
