Regional Account Representative
CUBEX VETERINARY DIVISION
Due to increasing demand in the $80 billion healthcare marketplace for our solutions, Cubex, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Representative to support new business development within the Cubex Veterinary Division across the United States.
This role is responsible for driving early-stage engagement with veterinary hospitals, universities, and multi-location veterinary practices to generate qualified opportunities for the Cubex Regional Sales Team.

The Regional Account Representative will work closely with sales leadership and field-based Regional Sales Managers to identify new prospects, initiate consultative conversations with veterinary decision makers, and build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. This role is located in Scottsdale Arizona.



Responsibilities & Key Focus
  • Identify and engage veterinary hospitals, universities, and multi-location veterinary practices within assigned regions to generate qualified sales opportunities for the Cubex Regional Sales Team.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital outreach to introduce Cubex solutions and initiate consultative conversations with veterinary decision makers.
  • Qualify potential opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for Regional Account Directors.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, and pipeline development within CRM systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of veterinary practice operations, medication management challenges, and regulatory considerations affecting controlled substances and drugs of concern.
  • Utilize consultative sales approaches to uncover operational, financial, and compliance challenges within veterinary hospitals and teaching institutions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Directors to develop account strategies and coordinate follow-up engagement with qualified prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual activity, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation goals established by Cubex Sales Leadership.
  • Leverage market research, CRM insights, and data analytics to identify new revenue opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Participate in sales training, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning initiatives with Cubex sales leadership.
  • Support marketing initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns designed to expand Cubex’s presence within the veterinary healthcare marketplace.


Professional Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or related roles preferred OR veterinary practice experience.
  • Strong interest in developing a career within healthcare technology, veterinary healthcare, or medical sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with professionals and decision makers in a consultative manner.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Compensation is Base Salary plus Commission based on quotas.

Work Environment

Candidate will work in our Corporate HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona and collaborating closely with the Cubex Veterinary sales teams and leadership. This role is hybrid and only local candidates will be considered, no relocation will be offered.
