Position Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Product
Reports to: Senior Software Developer
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Define and document testing processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and technical writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Internet and Microsoft technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing.
- Experience in agile development environments, working on cross functional teams.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Optional additional experience:
- Experience testing desktop applications
- Experience writing test automation scripts in C# and/or JavaScript.
- Experience testing software running on Microsoft's Azure platform.
- Expereince with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience testing hardware based solutions.
Hours of Operation/Travel:
- Generally working from the Corporate Office in Scottsdale
- Limited to no travel is required.

Compensation
- $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 DOE
