Senior HR Generalist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid on Friday)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 DOE

Mashura is seeking a disciplined, high-ownership Senior HR Generalist to support a growing multi-state workforce. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and leads day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with all levels in the organization.

We operate in a fast-moving environment with real deadlines and shifting priorities. Success in this role requires structure, accountability, and the ability to execute independently without being chased.

This is a visible role representing the HR function across the organization. Professionalism, sound judgment, and strong follow-through are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Operations
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple concurrent openings
  • Manage candidate scheduling, pipeline flow, and hiring manager follow-up
  • Maintain structured recruiting trackers and time-to-fill reporting
  • Ensure a professional and timely candidate experience
HR Lifecycle & Operations
  • Build and maintain structured onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries
  • Support multi-state workforce compliance coordination
  • Administer employee benefits, including eligibility tracking and vendor communication
  • Coordinate payroll-related items including deductions, garnishments, and reconciliations with Finance
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and maintain operational HR dashboards and reporting in Excel
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a structured organization
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce
  • Exceptional computer skills including Windows 365, ATS and Payroll Systems
  • Direct experience administering employee benefits
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance-related wage deductions
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, structured reporting, graphics and presentations)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence and sound judgment

Success in This Role

Within the first 90 days, recruiting coordination will operate efficiently, onboarding and offboarding processes will be consistent and documented, vendor files will be submitted accurately and on time, and core HR metrics will be tracked and reported monthly.

This role is ideal for a structured HR professional who values accountability, precision, and meaningful responsibility in a growth-stage company. This person MUST RESIDE IN AZ and work in office 4 days per week. Only local candidates will be considered.
