Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite Warehouse)
Reports To: Production Manager
*This role is required to report to our onsite warehouse Monday-Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Veterinary & Dental Technology hardware & software systems assembly, set up, and assembly.
- Software data sync: Windows upgrades, LogMeIn installation, Etc.
- Veterinary & Dental Cabinet/Equipment refurbishment, cleaning, and repair.
- Logistics auditing; preparing system orders for freight shipment, receiving and inspecting inbound shipments.
- Managing vendor product returns.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Participate in organization and audit of warehouse inventory and efficiency.
- Comply with all laws, OSHA, Insurance, HR, and Safety.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, production/warehouse environment.
- Windows knowledge, preferred.
- Proficient in standard ERP software (Netsuite, Salesforce, other).
- SQL knowledge, preferred.
- Forklift certification, preferred.
- Self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment.
- Basic technical skills and enjoy working with your hands.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to operate hand tools and small components
- Ability to work in high-volume areas
